All orders going outside Lagos are trackable on giglogistics.ng and you will get a tracking number which can be accessible from the first day after payment confirmation.
Kindly ensure your phone line is reachable within the stipulated time frame as your package might be dropped off to a 3rd party in the given address if you are unreachable.

RETURN POLICY
Should you notice a shipping error or damage in your order,kindly notify customer service within 48 hours of shipment delivery.Return charges for shipping errors and damages are on our tab and would be same as our delivery charges.
Kindly check the product description to enable you purchase the right product as we may not accept return for these reasons.
Returns must be in unused condition accompanied with all original packaging,accessories,free gifts and invoice where applicable. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective. The Millennial Chick Nigeria will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.
We do not accept returns on gift cards, jewelry,cosmetic products,sale/marked down products or any other products purchased from us. Only wrongly delivered or defective items that fit into these categories will be considered for return and they must be in unused condition.
A notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your credit information.Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival.
